UV-flexo printing
A specialty of flexographic printing is printing with radiation-curing inks. While solvent or water based inks physically dry, in flexographic printing there will be polymerization of colors or lacquers due to the influence of ultraviolet (UV) curing radiation. The curing reaction takes only a fraction of a second. At the same time, it also facilitates the printing of difficult materials such as plastic films or metallic films.

Artificial vision
To ensure 100% printing quality of the labels we serve, we have verification and finishing equipment with Artificial Vision technology.
The camera system continuously compares the reference image with that of the impression and if significant changes are detected, it alerts the operator and displays the defect on the screen:
- Detailed indication helps the operator to quickly identify defects and reduces the time needed to solve the problem.
- With the PDF reference information, the inspection system will recognize plate mounting and color ink errors.
- Print defect positions and types are recorded and analyzed in real time and can be used to control the finishing process.
