Young Handsome Graphic designer using graphics tablet to do his work at desk

Having a professional design is essential if we want to convey a coherent message at a visual and conceptual level. Also if we want to differentiate ourselves by adding value to the product, brand or service, which makes it stand out positively from the rest of the competitors.

For this, there are several necessary phases in the creative process:

1. Briefing:

It is a crucial point, in which the client has to explain to us what they want to transmit, what their needs are, and what type of market they want to target their product. This is the starting point from which we can begin to work.
Sometimes it may happen that our client does not know very well what he wants, in this case, we make ourselves available to him, working as a team, to unravel this first stage of the project that is so necessary, since the more specific we are here, the easier it will be that the rest of the work is profitable, and we can take a good path, adjusting to the needs of the client, from the beginning.

2. Inspiration:

It is about doing a whole process of research and documentation, in which you have to soak up the type of influences that will nurture our design. Here we begin to outline where we want to direct our design, the general tone at the level of shapes, colors, style…

3. Creative outline and brainstorming:

There are several types of creative schemes, but in general, what they help us is to have in a graphic and synthetic way the scheme of priorities and associated ideas of the project as a whole, from there and once soaked in the references that we have chosen in the inspiration part, the creative part begins as such, where we let our intuitive side work, which is the one that has to spin all the previous work to contribute the material to the ‘brainstorming’, to be able to move on to the next step.

4. Sketched:

With the ideas that we have taken from the previous search process, the first designs begin to take shape.

5. Presentation of proposals:

After selecting the most successful sketches, one or several proposals are presented, depending on the characteristics of the specific project.

6. Feedback and reviews.

It is a key moment, but if we have done the entire previous process well, there do not have to be substantial changes, but in any case, the objective is full customer satisfaction, therefore, we will work until we achieve it.

7. Final arts:

Once the final design is approved, the pre-print work will be carried out and finally the finished file with which the engravings will be made.

8. Production.

At this point, we can also take into account that costs can be reduced, if, for example, there are several models with the same shape or colors, in these cases, it is worth letting our prepress team advise.
